When planning a vacation you have to find the right people to join you. Different people have different fields of interest. If you are into flirting, you should travel with people that have the same in mind. If you are a group of more than three, it's also possible to form two subgroups. One group whose members are interested in e.g. culture and hiking and one whose members are interested in parties and flirts. Don't travel in mixed groups. Other people might mistake you for lovers and you won't find many people daring to flirt with you.

Talk to your potential travel mates about your ideas. When you found the right group, you should gather information about your destination and discuss potential activities in-group. It's always a good thing to buy a map and a travel guide in advance. This way you get an idea about where you going.

Strategies suitable for beach resorts

When spending their vacation at a sunny beach people who are usually tensed can be very laid-back. That's a good starting point for a romance or just some fun. The only thing left to do is to establish contact. Beach resorts offer a wide variety of opportunities but there are some pitfalls as well.

At the beach, many people are lazy and it's hard to find a reason to talk to somebody. Many small groups of guys and girls look out for a place close to some hot girls respectively cool guys. They sit down on their towel or mat and nothing happens for hours. Then they start some noisy conversation with their friends and hope the guys or girls which whom they want to get in touch with join the conversation. In most cases, such a strategy will only make you ridiculous and want help you to start a flirt.

There are some other ways. One classic although it's a bit risqué is to ask for help with the sun cream. Ask your friends to leave you alone for a moment. Then start to rub in the sun cream. Certainly, you need some help with your back. So ask them for help. This way you'll get physical contact at once.

Another way, which is less touchy, is to propose to play some kind of game. Bring your discus or volleyball along. Ask the group of guys to form a team and play with you. After some games, you can mix the groups and you'll get in contact. Obviously, you need to be at least a little bit sporty to make that idea work for you.

If your day at the beach wasn't successful at all, you can try it at night once more. Go with your friends to a bar or club. Suitable strategies are much alike those valid for other clubs. Remember not to drink too much.

If you are successful and get laid with someone in your hotel room some problems might occur. Many hotels don't like that kind of activities in their house too much. Therefore, they might ask you to pay a full nights charge for the second person even if he or she stayed only for two hours.

A good idea is to rent a whole house with your friends. You won't get in trouble with some inhibited porter. If you rent a large house with a pool, you can even organize your own parties. By day some of your group can go to the beach and watch out for people you want to join your party while others are preparing food and drinks for the party. Of course, that means some work for all of you. However, usually it pays off. You'll have the best parties with the coolest people. If the party is getting hot, it's not too far to your room. Problems could be caused by old-fashioned neighbors. Furthermore, you have to make sure that your guests don't damage the house you rented. Otherwise, it'll get very expensive for you.

Strategies for group travel

When traveling with a group of, let's say 20 people you need some special strategies. You won't meet many people not belonging to your group at your destination. On the other hand, you have automatically people, which you can talk to.

When traveling with a group you have to make sure that the sex ratio is balanced. If not, you already have a problem. The people should be approximately as old as you are and they should have similar interests. However, some diversity of interests is good. This will avoid excessive talk shop.

When traveling with the group it good to try to become the alpha animal. If you are one of the leaders of the group, you will be more attractive. Leadership has a sensual appeal to many people. Nevertheless, don't focus too much on that. There are other strategies as well. Guys can play the role of the sympathetic, the role of the crazy guy or the expert. However, you should absolutely avoid taking the role of the shy guy or of the valet. Girls can play the role of the tough and intelligent women, the sexy and classy one or if you like, you can as well play the hot bird. You should avoid the role of the wallflower.

One important thing when traveling with groups is to manage conflicts. Often after some time has passed, the situation gets tensed. You shouldn't take rude comments to personal and stay out of conflicts between other people. When you see that a conflict starts, take some time for yourself. Take walk or do something that you can do on your own. Advice your friends to do the same. After some time, the cabin fever will be gone.

One problem in groups is that it's hard to conceal things from other people. When approaching someone take your time. Try to find or create some moments without too many people noticing your approach. Though it's hard, you should work as discreet as possible.
